A very informative and insightful view of what is testing, what it involves and what does tester do in general. A good read I cannot resist to revisit from time to time and share around.

Thanks James and Michael for providing your insights about the “elements of excellent testing”

A fantastic resource for testers, I’ve used this extensively to help my team evaluate their testing and identify areas to focus on improving.

One small mistake I’ve noticed though: The description of ‘Analyzing product risk’ in ‘Test Performance Skills and Tactics’ is incorrect and taken from ‘Applying tools’.

A big extended thank you to James Bach, Jonathan Bach, and Michael Bolton from me and my team.

[James’ Reply: Thank you! I have fixed the problem.]
