		<description>It&#039;s great to see all up and running again here at satisfice.com! When it comes to managed services I think one really has to look at what is needed. At the price somewhere around a dollar and a half per Gb per month for space it really makes good sense. You get the benefit of optical backbones and solid machine&#039;s too. Some services will even allow serial access to the machine and have no problem with the client re imaging the entire box. Truth is, this kind of box alone would set a person back $5k ( and that&#039;s not even connected yet ). Sure you have neighbors, that&#039;s what the net is all about. Right?

I had that as well on one of my test sites. I think it is a encoding setting problem. I can see that you web page is utf-8 encoded. If the the original data was not encoded in the same way, but now it is shown here, it will on occasion show a weird character.
